In my role as Associate Director – HR, I partner closely with business leaders to design and execute people strategies that enable growth, foster culture, and drive sustainable performance.My work spans the full HR spectrum, talent management, learning & leadership development, employee experience, performance, and organizational effectiveness, with a strong belief that when people thrive, businesses do too.At the core of my journey is a deep passion for people and purpose.
