Myself Jyoti Vitthal Shinde. I have completed my Qualification MBA in HR. I do have 2 years of experience in Bakshi Securities as HR ADMIN. Also I have done 2 months of Internship In Recruitment in Q-conneqt Company as- 1. Screening of resumes and short listing the CV’S according to the requirements of client.2. Initial screening and short-listing of candidates based on both personal and communication skills.3. Clarifying the queries of candidates related to the requirement.4. Maintaining the details of candidates in an Excel format.5. Submitting resumes on time, follow-up, arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates. Follow-ups with the candidates for Interview slots.6. Obtaining feedback on the same.7.Convincing the candidates on the respective offers, terms and conditions of the firm. Follow up with applicants till they join the company.Now I am working in Europa locks as HR.About my hobbies I like to listen Music and do like to play outdoor and indoor games. I have ability to take pressure.I can do work with individual as well as team also.
