With a background in talent acquisition and business development, I specialize in full-cycle recruitment, relationship-building, and growth strategy, all with a focus on delivering results and enhancing the candidate experience.I focus on partnering with assent-based, person-first, compassionate-focused ABA providers throughout the nation on their recruiting and consulting needs. My mission in this role is to build relationships with ABA providers who not only take exceptional care of their clients and their families, but those who also take equally as excellent care of their BCBAs, RBTs, and all employees who play a part in changing this world.Most of the providers with whom I partner need BCBA recruitment support. I am able to connect with BCBAs at a relatable, transparent level when reaching out to them about positions that they may be a good fit for. My first-hand experience is what allows me to talk to fellow BCBAs about the ins and outs of being in direct practice - the hills and valleys that come with our work, lessons learned and lessons to be learned, and all the in-betweens. These conversations are valuable and so critical to the process of recruiting.I am fortunate to work for an organization that supports me in advocating for and supporting the honest, trustworthy providers and clinicians in the field of ABA.
