   Currently, I am working as Business Manager in Tower Vision India Pvt Ltd. Tower Vision has been acquired by Ascend Telecom as on 14th Jun 23. Current playing an important role in Merger & Acquisition analytics with Chief Transformation Officer (CTO). In company’s endeavour to enter a new business, was actively involved in preparing the business case for Electric Vehicle (EV) and Edge Data Centers (EDC) along with the consultants. Assisting Deputy CEO as a Business Manager along with respective business heads to achieve strategic objectives. Gathering data from stakeholders, addressing data discrepancies, conducting comprehensive data mining and analysis, and developing dashboards through Business Intelligence tool to aid senior management in strategic decision-making. Actively participating in all the key projects from inception till the closure like – Vacant sites management, Rent Reduction Project, Energy cost optimization Project, FAR correction project, Opco’s Active Equipment reconciliation project, Reduction in provisioning amount, Land-lord agreement renewals etc. Coordinating with different stakeholders for the closure of Quarterly Management Presentation and Budget Presentation and proofreading the same for any grammatical/other errors. Publishing the Circle Rankings on the parameters decided by the management on monthly basis. Working upon BSNL/VIL T1 sites retention strategy, Pending Invoices follow ups, loss making sites follow ups, Operational Rent Hold sites reduction, Agreement expired/to be expired sites etc. for smooth operations.
