Most engineering leaders can manage delivery. Fewer can walk into a room with data scientists, business analysts, solution architects, procurement, and legal all with competing priorities and bring them to a shared decision.That\'s where I work best.I\'m a Senior Engineering Manager at BT Group with 14 years across software testing, Agile coaching, site reliability engineering, and engineering leadership.Recently, I led an enterprise Agentic AI feasibility program evaluating AI agents capable of autonomously generating user stories for Business Analysts and producing solution architecture decisions directly from requirements. This was not a basic automation project. We were exploring whether AI agents could take goal-oriented, multi-step actions across complex engineering workflows. The program spanned stakeholder communities from AWS Infra, BA, SA, Security, Legal, Procurement and Data scientist with genuinely conflicting views. I built a governance rhythm : 1. Weekly decision summaries to all stakeholders2. Private one-to-ones to surface real concerns3. structured group sessions to create visible alignment that kept trust intact throughout.I was recognized at a company all-hands for the stakeholder leadership on that program. That recognition meant more to me than any project that shipped cleanly. Because the hard ones are where leadership actually shows.My next chapter is Senior Technical Program Manager for AI initiatives bringing together my SRE instinct for production risk, my EM experience with cross-cultural delivery, and my deep belief that the human side of a program is never separate from the technical side.Outside of BT, I have served as Program Director for Women in Agile and Tech, speak at international conferences, and write about identity, leadership, and what it actually takes to become the leader you\'re trying to be.If you\'re building something ambitious and need someone who can hold the complexity let\'s talk
