Over 14 years of cross-functional experience in IT primarily Project Management and Service Delivery, ITSM (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Request & Asset Management) and managing large and mid-scale IT Infrastructure Projects viz, data centers, networks, migration, and implementing Cyber Security Solutions.• Worked as a Project Manager and adept in all aspects of project management, including planning, executing and monitoring & controlling all working parts of a project.• Provided support to the Sales team to design the solution to fulfill the customer’s requirements and to ensure that all the solutions comply with the RFP.• Demonstrated strength in establishing Security Operation Center and monitoring support operational procedures, provided services including Service Level Agreements (SLA), Operational Level Agreements, incident management, risk assessment, business continuity and procurement and vendor Management.• Hands on experience include project management, incident management, problem management, change management, release management, configuration management, risk identification and mitigation, IT service management, service transformation and continual service improvement, Information security, disaster recovery and BCP.
