Hi, I’m a PMO Lead experienced in Program Governance, Reporting, Financial Forecasting, and Risk & Issue Management across complex global delivery environments.I support programs by bringing structure, visibility, and controls around planning, delivery, financials, and stakeholder communication. My work ensures that leadership has clear visibility of program health, delivery teams stay aligned on priorities, and risks are identified and addressed early.Over the years, I have worked across multi-tower transition & transformation initiatives where I supported: Program Governance & RAID Control – maintaining RAID logs, facilitating mitigations and decision tracking Financial Forecasting & Procurement – forecasting costs, tracking actuals, variance analysis, cpi/ spi performance tracking and coordinating PO/Invoice workflows (SAP Ariba) Project Planning & Scheduling – supporting timelines, dependencies, resource planning using MS Project Change & Scope Control – managing change requests, impact assessments, and approvals Deliverable Acceptance & Sign-offs – coordinating DAD, DND, and MAC documentation for milestone closure Executive Reporting & RAG Health Visibility – preparing program dashboards, RAG summaries, and slide packs for leadership and client PMOs Portfolio-level Reporting & Audit Review – consolidating updates across towers for governance forums and steering committee reviews and audit review for BFSI clients( GS007, PWC Audit, SOC type 2, FX Tier 1) Knowledge Transfer & Closure – supporting KT planning, documentation, lessons learned, and SharePoint repository updatesI work closely with delivery teams, client PMOs, finance, procurement, operations, and leadership stakeholders to ensure alignment across scope, budget, timeline, and risks.
