Working with some of the world’s largest STM publishers like Springer, we have perfected offshore delivery system, gaining invaluable insight into the European and American markets.In support of Crest and Springer technology team, I am taking care of the end to end recruitment right from screening to on boarding for IT and R&A vertical.Our current openings can be viewed at Work closely with global clients and hiring managers- Daily coordination with clients to schedule the interviews, understand profiles, getting feedback- Conducting daily stand ups with Managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent- Taking care for vendor management and arranging vendor meet- Posting job requirements on job portals, social network to get the right pool of talent- Screening and sourcing the candidates and following up with them till their joining- Take initial HR round to get information about their work exp, CTC, expectations, relocation, willingness to join the company, job suitability and making them understand about the exact job and company profile- Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates- Ensuring certainty to close the requirement within a stipulated time frame in order to achieve maximum customer Satisfaction.
