ABOUT JYOTI AULUCK

I founded Rhinelander Brewery in 2009. It was is a dream come true as I am a craft beer lover and who does not like to build a company that makes a product for which one has great passion for? The square foot facility is located in beautiful downtown Rhinelander (43 S Brown Street) in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. This facility has the brewery where we brew and age our line of Hodag Craft beers, gift and bottle shop as well as Tour Center. We also offer guided brewery tours and tastings 6 days of the week. I have been a home brewer in my hometown Calgary Alberta Canada since Luckily in Canada, legal drinking age is 18 years old. All these years, I have experimented with various types of brews - my favorites being IPAs and Stouts as well as other fun drinks. I create my own recipes and tastes craft beers from around the world on a daily basis. I also am fortunate enough to travel and visits many craft breweries in USA, Canada and other countries. I am also a judge on beer tasting competitions on a regular basis. ​ As a self-trained food scientist, I often claim that \"Google\" is my best friend. I am also responsible for coming up with brand names and designs for the company, and often travel to do color proofing at packaging product plants in Chicago and Milwaukee. I also often do store tastings in Canada, California, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Pennsylvania and other states. Rhinelander Brewing Company\'s Sales and Marketing office is located at 43S Brown Street in beautiful downtown Rhinelander Wisconsin. We now have a gift and a bottle shop open at this location where we sell Rhinelander Brewing company branded apparel, beer paraphernalia, and of course, all the great Rhinelander Brewery\'s products including Thumper American IPA, Imperial Jack Double IPA, Thirsty Miner IPA, Double IPA, Chocolate Stout, Braumeister Light, Shore Break Pale Ale and Hefeweizen, and a whole lot more. We also offer brewery tours and guided tastings of our beers.
