Areas of expertise: Delivery management, stakeholder management, Contracting, Vendor management Reporting, Revenue and margin realization, Leading teams and delivery managers- Accountable for delivery of fixed time, scope, and budget of 8 workstreams, from design and discovery to build, test, and route to live phase - Investigates customers’ long-term mission objectives and anticipates future technical needs and lead the workstreams to bring customer to that future state- Recommends, delivers, and supports technologies and services that meet current needs, and evolves strategies to adapt to future needs- Development and implementation of design and delivery framework, including processes, tools, and methodologies to support the development and delivery- Regularly discussed customer concerns about how the service is/will be delivered, and adapted behavior accordingly, which resulted in customer agreement that conditions of satisfaction (COS) had been met - Mitigation of risks, and resolution of dependencies to make sure the plans and delivery stay on track. Coaching delivery managers, stakeholders, and team members- Contractual negotiations. Revenue and margin realization - Alignment of people to tracks, running town halls, and keeping the teams motivated enough to maintain productivity.
