Jyothis Joseph have over 20 years of experience in IT industry-leading Global teams comprising of Operations, Technology, and Sales. I have founded two companies in the past, Ideamine, a Managed Cloud company ( 2009 ) and Empressem, a Mobile Apps company ( 2014.). Both Ideamine and Empressem were successfully acquired by Chicago based Netrix Global in 2017. Now i am building ellow.io. ellow is a talent marketplace that connects companies with a vetted pool of remote tech talents. I holds an Engineering Degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology and an MDP from IIM Calcutta. I am part of professional organizations like NASSCOM, TIE, GTech and Rotary International. Jyothis is a sports enthusiast and a Marathon runner. I have successfully finished Ironman 70.3 Triathlon tittle recently.
