Telephonic interviewing, reviewing and evaluating candidates.• To select a qualified resume using candidate databases that matches the requirement/client\'s vacancy.• Contacting the candidates and informing them about the Job Opportunity/ Vacancy. • Check whether the candidate is interested and willing for the described.• Briefing the candidate about the roles, responsibilities, and salary of the job.• Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database• Requesting the candidates for References, and for formatting the resumes. • Scheduling the interview.• Play the role of intermediary• Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, before and after the interview and managing candidate pipeline• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews• Informing candidates about the required documents to be submitted once the candidate gets selected• Following up with the candidate till the joining date.• Report daily works.• To do a deep study, market analysis, market intelligence of various technologies and skills.• Research, understand, maintain & update the knowledge on the technologies of Non - IT.
