Business System Analyst. I have worked on projects related to Property and Casualty and Life Insurance application. Currently project - NTT Data\'s Internal Life insurance application.• As a Functional Business Analyst – I have supported multiple Insurance companies such a MetLife, Standard, SwissRe, LFG, Jackson and National and so on. • Currently, I\'m responsible for creating Business Requirement Document and Approach Document for various functionality changed and LifeSys upgradation and requirement walkthrough to Key stakeholders preparing test plan and test execution. • Handling various activities of the project such as Change discussion, understanding and gathering business and technical requirement through discussion with Development team and Business teams • Experience of Liaison between business users and the Developers.• Responsible for gathering requirements from various customers, worked on various subsystem of LifeSys Application like policy processing, claim processing and Policy pages generation.• Conducting meetings and brain storming sessions with our US counterparts and offshore Technical teams On my Earlier project on Property and Casualty project - My key responsibilities are :• Prepare daily reports w.r.t the applications and ensure the failures were reported and fixed so that it doesn’t impact the business. • Prepare documents for the errors which needs enhancements or Datafix while the primary level research will be conducted by the BA team to ensure the issues is fixed.• Log a ticket for any incidents which requires technical assistance using different tools like ServiceNow, ALM & JIRA• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirement • Review Test case scenarios and test cases prepared by testing team.• Support testing team for ascertain clarifications on raised queries pertaining to the defects by interacting with the stakeholders.
