Lead the development, execution, and improvement of strategic plans for The LOFT\'s 40+ LGBTQ+ support & social programs, aligning them with organizational mission, goals, and community needs- Oversee the delivery and enhancement of key LGBTQ+ programs, such as Trans Support of the Hudson Valley, youth engagement, senior services, and community initiatives, while driving new program launches based on emerging needs- Supervise and support four program staff, offering mentorship, professional development, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment- Build relationships with community stakeholders to boost engagement, program participation, and visibility, including novel programming supporting the well-being of local LGBTQ+ community members- Manage program budgets and ensure financial compliance with grant deliverable requirements, while contributing to organizational strategy, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration
