ABOUT JIMMY WU
Growing up in a marginalized community, I learned that change is a constant force shaping our lives. My own journey was profoundly altered when a charity, Urban Squash Toronto, offered support, leading to a full scholarship at Western University. This personal transformation solidified my understanding of how structured guidance enables individuals and organizations to navigate significant shifts and thrive. My internships in consulting for diverse clients across multiple different industries have provided practical experience in guiding organizations through complex transformations. I have driven business transformation initiatives, advised leaders on digital shifts and ERP adoption, directed organizational restructuring achieving significant efficiency gains, and supported operational transformations through system redesign and data-driven strategies. My work has consistently focused on delivering actionable solutions and tangible results for clients ranging from large corporations to startups. Beyond professional engagements, I founded the Huron Consulting Association, building it into the fastest-growing club on campus to bridge the gap between students and the consulting industry, providing early exposure and hands-on experience through pro bono strategy work. As an Alum of Urban Squash Toronto, I actively contribute to its growth and impact by organizing alumni events and supporting fundraising efforts. Ultimately, I am driven to contribute to dynamic teams in consulting, where I can apply my analytical discipline and passion for driving impactful change. Feel free to connect.
