I’m a charismatic leader with the ability to design impactful employee engagement programs, learning and development pathways, and scalable operating processes - all of which center around my passion for cultivating a company culture where employees feel seen, valued, and appreciated.As a Training and Culture Manager at Industrious, I develop and refine the curriculum and processes that enable our teams to provide the best possible workplace experience for our customers. I also oversee the implementation of employee satisfaction surveys and leverage feedback and insights to continuously improve our team culture & employee experience.In my previous role as a Brand Experience Manager at Industrious, I led the team that designed the customer experience across our 150+ co-working offices in North America. I created training content to reinforce our service culture and coached our operating teams to deliver an experience worthy of our brand promise.With this experience, I have developed strong skills in employee experience, people management, written & verbal communication, and project management, and have a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of our diverse and dynamic teams.

The Industrious Tenant Experience Management team is reinventing how people work by creating workplace experiences that make customers and employees feel welcomed, empowered, and delighted. What I Do- I develop, refine, and facilitate hospitality, service culture, and operational trainings to a variety of employee types from property management to line level third-party janitorial and security teams- I build processes and systems that allow for seamless communication of training schedules, completion, and compliance- I develop and maintain a process for measuring our performance against brand and service culture standards, and provide information and coaching to our property teams to help them succeed in meeting these standards- I create service campaigns that highlight, reward, and reinforce great acts of service - with the goal of nurturing a culture where employees feel seen, valued, and appreciated for the work they do.
