ABOUT JOSEPH POWELL

I am very familiar with adapting to my surroundings. I\'m not afraid to lead or follow. Working and dealing with different types of people age, gender, ethnicity & culture helped me relate to people on a more personal level which made my communication skill more immersive when dealing with people. Communication and Safety are essential to completing objectives with coworkers, supervisors or bystanders; its key that everyone in the surrounding area knows what\'s going on. I have the potential, mentally and ambition to excel at something new. I am dedicated to supporting a safe and positive working environment. I understand the value of teamwork, maintaining a positive attitude and sustain contagious energy throughout the entire shift. I lead by example with a grace of authority, maintaining respect, dignity and compassion for everyone. I am always learning and very coachable - open to receiving feedback. I am proactive in seeking out education, training, growing my perspective and take pride in my work. I love checklists. I like to stay busy, balance priorities and utilize my organizational skills and attention to detail. I understand all companies ever-changing industry and I remain flexible. My skills will offer any company a candidate that will demonstrate the company’s commitment to responsible business practices and good corporate citizenship while following and demonstrating health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of myself and co-workers in the work environment and maintain the company’s high level of professionalism inside and outside the workplace.
