I am the IT Site Lead for Desktop Support & Engineering at Nelnet. I support all of Nelnet\'s employees with technical issues including work in Active Directory, Windows Server enviornments, IBM AS/400 emulations, and more.I have previously provided Technical Support (Tier 1) at KeneXa, an IBM Company in Lincoln, NE. This role provides remote technical support assistance to clients and IBM technical partners. I would identify/recommend updates to knowledge based systems and maintenance packages. I also would provide hardware or software technical support assistance to clients and IBM personnel in multi-vendor, multi-protocol networks/systems in the high availability product environment. I would use professional knowledge and problem determination/problem source identification skills to resolve problems involving hardware, microcode, operating system, application programs, and network issues.I have worked as a Web Developer\\Programmer at Bulu Box in Lincoln, NE. I\'ve worked as a Non-Linear Editor in a High Definition Broadcast environment. I\'ve had extensive training and use of the AuroraEdit SDR editing platform as well as use of ENPS. I\'ve been training on Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.Currently I am Chief Editor / Media Manager at WTXL-TV, an ABC affiliate in Tallahassee, FLI also founded and run Runic Raven Entertainment, LLC, an Independent Video Game Development studio. I act as Game Director, Project Lead, Game Designer, and CEO of the company.
