   As Senior Product Manager at Iron Mountain, I own Iron Mountain\'s SaaS Digital Mailroom Solution and drive global growth strategy and execution. I lead product management through requirements gathering, roadmap strategy, and the management of both SaaS Digital Mailroom and physical mail services. I also own the vision and development of IRM’s next-gen SaaS digital mailroom (DXP), partnering with the Software Engineering utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies. I developed and lead a 12-month strategic plan to position IMR as a key global player, analyzing competitiveness and defining pillars for success in the marketplace. This includes requirement gathering and backlog prioritization.Additionally, I partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to lead all GTM activities, creating over 40 assets, both internal and external, from “Sales 101” to customer presentations.In partnership with the pricing team, I launched a simplified price bundle and guided the sales team in understanding its value to maximize usage. Furthermore, I develop annual 3-year revenue projections based on market trends, competitive standings, and sales growth trends, ensuring continued investments in IRM’s Mailroom product.
