I am a seasoned manager, motivator, and creative thinker. I have expertise in operations, finance, accounting, and human resources. As a District Manager at Waffle House, I fostered year over year sales growth of between 9-20%, managed over 75 employees, and hosted TV shows like The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and CNN’s Parts Unknown with Anthony Bourdain.As a partner at RAAD, we ran a successful beta test all while accumulating users and in revenue, won at Clemson’s annual pitch competition, had four articles written about the company, and appeared on NPR’s South Carolina Business Review radio show. I have worn many hats in my career- manager, marketer, strategist, coach, auditor, sales person, and trainer. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage diverse populations and to navigate complex challenges. But actual experience has taught me that my professional values boil down to the following-I am not afraid of hard work or taking risks-I am a multi-linguist of business. I speak fluent techy, marketer, trainer, salesperson, and difficult client. Understanding means fewer missteps, and missteps cost money-I don’t care who gets credit. I just want to win-I have big ideas-Lots of people have big ideas. Execution is what matters, and I do execution-If my left and right brain were hands, I’d be ambidextrous-I am the calm one-I run towards fire.I love making new professional acquaintances.
