I provide leadership and coordination for Living Water’s internal operations—in close collaboration with the CEO, whose focus is primarily external: fundraising, marketing, and public relations. My responsibilities include overall organizational strategy and healthy operational growth; business architecture and process improvement; leading and managing regional vice presidents for Africa, Latin America, and Asia who oversee 250 full-time staff across 17 countries; and supporting program development and grants. I work in close coordination with the CFO and CHRO on financial and workforce planning, and a wide range of other internal matters (e.g. governance, security, crisis management).
