I invest in and operate residential property across York, Leeds and the surrounding areas, with a focus on value-add projects and long-term asset quality.My approach is hands-on and detail-led. I’m involved across planning, compliance, refurbishment strategy, project sequencing and tenant experience, not just the headline numbers.I’m particularly interested in opportunities where value is created through improvement, structure and sound decision-making over time, rather than relying on speculation or short-term market movement.Whisker Property was built on three core values: Integrity First, Pursuit of Excellence, and Enduring Partnerships. That means pricing risk realistically, doing the unglamorous work properly, and building assets that stand up long after completion.Alongside my own projects, I work with a small number of like-minded partners who value transparency, discipline and a long-term mindset.
