Designed and delivered enterprise training on ITAM policies, standards, lifecycle, governance, and ownership responsibilities, successfully navigating resource limitations and evolving requirements. Created a centralized, SharePoint-based ITAM “knowledge hub”, streamlining access to policies, processes, procedures, and all related support material from a single, intuitive platform.
