Being a certified instructor & mentor to other police officers is a part of my law enforcement career that I greatly enjoy. In 2007 I formed the Midwest Law Enforcement Training Institute, LLC, Inc.[MLETI] as a way to increase my teaching and training opportunities.MLETI is certified as a training provider by the Law Enforcement Training Board, I often supply continuing education courses for police departments as well as Internet based programs that can be attended by members of the general public for collegiate credit.I would like to transition to a full time instructor position after my retirement from active law enforcement.
