I am a seasoned Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense Officer and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Plans Officer with extensive experience serving at every level of command. Throughout my career, I have led and advised organizations in complex operational environments, integrating CBRN defense and CWMD planning into joint, interagency, and multinational operations.My expertise spans operational planning, crisis response, technical CBRN defense, and strategic policy development.
