I am a seasoned Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense Officer and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Plans Officer with extensive experience serving at every level of command. Throughout my career, I have led and advised organizations in complex operational environments, integrating CBRN defense and CWMD planning into joint, interagency, and multinational operations.My expertise spans operational planning, crisis response, technical CBRN defense, and strategic policy development. I have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, developing innovative solutions to emerging threats, and ensuring mission readiness under the most demanding conditions.At all echelons of command, I have worked to bridge tactical realities with strategic objectives, ensuring leaders at all levels are equipped with sound plans, resources, and operational guidance.    Combat Development & Integration

   Apr 2024 — Present · Quantico, VA, US

   Led the development of strategic initiatives, functional concepts, employment methodologies, and capabilities-based assessments, culminating in the creation of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documentation that directly informed program development to address critical capability gaps. Coordinated closely with Marine Corps Systems Command to prioritize the fielding of CBRN defense equipment and develop long-term sustainment strategies that ensure operational readiness. Served as the principal advocate for the Marine Corps\' Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense budgetary requirements, representing these priorities to both Marine Corps leadership and the Department of War Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP).
