About Jenn Wayboer Hartt

Jenn Wayboer Hartt was born in Maine, raised in Texas, and eventually returned to Maine before relocating to Colorado in 2018. She graduated with honors from the University of Maine in 2011 with a BA in English and a minor in Political Science. Jenn furthered her education at Southern New Hampshire University, earning an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Social Responsibility in 2017.After graduating, she entered the direct sales industry, where she gained valuable experience in marketing her own business and assisting her team with theirs. This is where her document design skills and team management, along with strategy, started to shine. Jenn mentored a team of over 200 consultants in her time in direct sales.Since starting her business Jenn’s Way in 2018 Jenn has worked with companies ranging from irrigation, to construction companies, to a boat tour company, to a permanent cosmetics company, a meditation coach, an alpaca farm and more. Jenn thrives using her marketing and administrative skills to help small businesses be more productive. Her business mission statement includes that she loves her clients’ businesses as much as they do, and she understands the weight that statement carries. In 2023, Jenn launched the strategy part of her business. Having transitioned from a virtual assistant to a creative strategist, Jenn now helps small business owners take their big ideas and break them down into manageable tasks. She takes on some of the tasks for them and helps connect them with the people they need to know to do the rest.Jenn is passionate about storytelling and believes that the authentic sharing of stories has the power to save lives. She enjoys helping small business owners tell their stories through unique and transparent marketing strategies. In 2024, Jenn launched her podcast, “Your Next Business Bestie,” where she interviews small business owners and decision-makers. She believes that community and connection with like-minded individuals are crucial to mental health in the often isolating world of entrepreneurship.Outside of work, Jenn is an avid yogi and attends as many classes as her schedule permits. In 2021, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Cambio Yoga in Colorado Springs and now teaches yoga classes in her community. Jenn spends quality time with her husband, their daughter, and their small menagerie of pets, enjoying all the beauty Colorado has to offer. A self-proclaimed travel addict, she has visited 13 countries and 48 states (so far).
