Drawing on over two decades of work with treatment providers, I help addiction treatment leaders transform their programs into financially strong, compliant, and scalable organizations. With deep experience in operating these programs (both small and on a nationally scaled stage), I\'ve seen first hand what holds programs back and what can make them excel. I run a consulting business with a noble mission: to ensure that every person with a substance use disorder has access to world-class, evidence based behavioral health services. We deliver on that promise by working with entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders in the behavioral health market to identify, analyze, and solve complex challenges in the delivery of behavioral health services. We believe that treatment programs, like the people they serve, have tremendous promise; and are operating their best when they are constantly evolving into better versions of themselves.How I help make that mission happen: Growth Strategy - I identify ways to increase revenue, improve EBITDA, and attract investment. Compliant Operations - I help programs protect their revenue streams by aligning operations with state, CMS, and ASAM requirements.
