I am a career technologist with over 15 years of experience leading technology teams. I have experience leading customer-facing feature delivery teams, SRE teams, and DevOps teams.I currently lead an enterprise Cloud Engineering organization focused on securing Capital One\'s cloud environment consisting of 10s of millions of cloud infrastructure assets. We deliver software solutions to enable our feature delivery teams to perform their best within the cloud. We realize that the right way may not always be the easiest way, so we seek to build solutions to simplify adherence to best practices.I am passionate about creating a culture of transparency and simplicity where engineers are empowered to never stop asking why or why not.
