   As a Manager in Training at Hibbett, I am developing leadership and operational management skills to prepare for a future store management role. I support daily store operations, including team supervision, sales performance, customer engagement, and inventory management. My responsibilities also include assisting with staff development, ensuring operational compliance, and delivering an excellent customer experience while driving revenue growth. To add on, I seasonally travel to other Hibbett locations to assist with new store openings, including inventory organization, merchandising, and operational setup. My role involves ensuring a smooth launch by properly stocking products, setting up displays, and optimizing the store layout for an engaging shopping experience.
