He is certified from Harvard Business School-HBX in Negotiation Mastery. He is also a national level sportsman in India and won many championships in sports like Handball, Fencing & Hammer Throw.Jaivijay is currently working as Director of Global Operations and Group Governance Risk Compliance, at Iron Systems in Fremont, California. As a member of the CEO’s core team, he focuses on architecting and executing the company’s strategic objectives. He has worked dynamically across corporate sectors ranging from startups to multinational companies, and has a proven track-record of using adaptive strategy techniques to resolve corporate challenges. His ideas have been instrumental in accelerating revenue growth in all his corporate engagements.Since an early age, Jaivijay has considered himself to be a “perspective collector” – learning from peers, leaders and from his own journey; in areas like sports, student leadership and corporate diplomacy. Prior to coming to the US, he evolved his leadership skills by serving on multiple executive positions in many prestigious Youth Welfare Organizations in India. He was also in-charge of distinguished Student Organizations. He coordinated closely with the Indian Govt to enhance both social and infrastructural development projects in various states of India.Also, He has delivered guest lectures at various globally renowned business schools on Corporate Diplomacy and techniques for engaging global corporate environment, which has benefited and helped hundreds of students, who deem to become successful global corporate professionals.Jaivijay’s desire to grow his social capital internationally, pushed him to pursue his MBA at HULT International Business school. During his time there, Jaivijay led a multi-cultural project team for the HULT Prize- Clinton Foundation with an objective was to develop a product solution to help address educational challenges for 10 million global urban slum children. They went on to propose a pilot campaign, which received endorsements from the Indian and Brazilian governments.A relationship enabler and an idea generator by nature, Jaivijay’s vision is to bring people and businesses together to tackle complex global challenges. He wants to channel this passion and be a quarterback for all strategic engagements, that make a positive impact globally.
