I serve as a Strategy Principal at Intuit supporting both our Consumer Group (CG) and our Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) in defining and executing our 1-3 year strategic plan ensuring we meet and exceed our targets to deliver on our long term growth strategy.Previously, I was a management consultant with Bain focusing on strategy planning & development, financial analysis, and business transformation. My experience lies in defining product strategy, driving operational & commercial excellence, and conducting commercial due diligence. At Bain, I worked with clients in the tech, private equity, energy, and retail industries.Select accomplishments- Commercial due diligence: Managed team to conduct end-to-end diligence of target\'s largest product category for $7B+ deal by analyzing 50k+ industry transaction dataset, developing market growth and target financial models, and conducting a scale customer survey- B2B commercial excellence: Implemented a new account planning process at a leading IT lifecycle mgt. company identifying ~$500M in total opportunity value- Product strategy: Developed the business case and supported the Discovery phase for a B2B SaaS tool supporting utilities clients, forecasting a 4x uplift in fees over 3 yrsI started my career at Deloitte, where I helped public sector clients streamline, modernize, and improve their business operations by leveraging technology.
