Enterprise LAN/WAN Operations & Management: Provide Tier-4 operational support for Hilton’s global LAN infrastructure, ensuring high availability, redundancy, and optimal performance across distributed network environments.• Network Infrastructure Modernization: Lead the strategic migration from legacy HP switching platforms to Cisco Meraki SD-WAN and cloud-managed solutions, ensuring zero-downtime cutovers and adherence to ITIL-based change management protocols.• Cybersecurity Posture Enhancement: Conduct continuous vulnerability assessment, threat analysis, and remediation based on SIEM (Splunk) and EDR (CrowdStrike) telemetry, ensuring compliance with CIS benchmarks and NIST frameworks.• Stakeholder Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with senior Hilton IT leadership to architect, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade network solutions, aligning with business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) objectives.• Advanced Network Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Diagnose and resolve complex network anomalies (Layer 2/3), including BGP/OSPF routing issues, QoS policies, VLAN misconfigurations, and packet loss analysis via Wireshark/tcpdump.• Network Documentation & Configuration Governance: Maintain rigorous technical documentation, including network topology diagrams, CMDB updates, and SOPs for network device hardening TACACS+, SNMPv3).
