As a psychologist, I love working around the working human being and organizations and bring in my experience in consulting employees, applicants and managers in different jobs and situations. When I was a trainer at Concentrix, I got to know the heart of our company: the awesome people! Our colourful awesome game changers, who strive for excellent customer experiences each and every day in a complex job! Being a HR generalist, I was in charge of the entire individual employee lifecycle, of teams and leadership, connected with the Works Council, consulting the business and caring for the organisation, as well as doing usual administration tasks and international projects. The focus was on the fantastic and diverse professionals and leaders that make up the company I support. Today, I am specialised in recruiting the best talent for various positions in our German, Hungarian, Swiss,(French, Dutch and Swedish) locations, working with the CNX team members and candidates around the world to find more people who make the difference of Concentrix: being rich in #diversity and #talent.
