   Responsible for existing products within assigned production areas and ensures optimal output regarding quality, cost, and performance by close communication with the Global Product Engineers and the local production team. Works on general product maintenance tasks along with growth and organized process improvements with assigned production areas. Advanced Product Quality Planning - Assure efficient and robust manufacturing processes are implemented in each production cell• Process Flows / PFMEA / Work Instructions• Assist Quality Engineer with maintaining area Control Plans• Project Work - Develop and implement action plans to prevent identified process concerns from affecting product quality, delivery, and cost •Growth Work on the addition or modification of larger scale equipment or process projects•Kaizen Participate in KPI driven Kaizen projects or events•Corrective Actions Develop and/or execute corrective action improvementsProduct Maintenance Work closely with the Global Product Engineer to maintain the design intent of the assigned production areas•Create and update BOMs•Process and coordinate implementation of ECOs•Assist with development and approval of new raw material suppliers•Work with Application Engineering and R&D on the development and implementation of new product features•Work with local engineers and Global Product Engineers to resolve design related quality issues•Work with Global Product Engineer and local production team to identify and implement cost saving initiativesDaily Activities - Engage with personnel within the manufacturing cells to instill an understanding of the use of engineering principles to resolve issues•Complete assigned C4 improvement activities•Attend Info Center meetings and complete assigned Info Center Task List item•Provide support to the local engineering and production team in regards to design and production intent of the assigned production areas
