Responsible for the development of the cluster strategy for 2600 residents across 7 properties; managing my own team in the execution of the strategy and articulating, agreeing, and holding to account the support needs from regional and central teams- Ensure that all central and regional commercial activities are driven through the property, leading to the achievement of the property commercial (Rental Growth, Occupancy) targets- Attract, recruit and retain the best talent available and be accountable for the performance of the teams and will actively participate in performance management conversations and personal development plans where required- To ensure the assets and all mechanical, electrical and plant equipment, including all fire, life and safety equipment are maintained and serviced in line with statutory compliance requirements or company policy as a minimum- To drive the profit and cash generation of the cluster, signing off on all costs and supporting the team to collect debt- To own and manage the great local relationships with our higher education partners- To oversee the FM team within cluster and to support the FM management team in achieving the best SLAs for reactive jobs.
