An adept one to one coach working with vulnerable client group supporting them to break down barriers to employment.With over 14 years experience in charity, homelessness and employability sector combined my goal is to empower clients to become more independent.A strong believer that we all can achieve great things given the right conditions and support. We all already have answers to our predicaments and with skilful support can come up with our own solutions.In my work with clients I use various techniques and skills such as: motivational interviewing, action planning, active listening, coaching, positive psychology interventions.Very passionate about reducing stigma around mental health and neurodiversity and creating more inclusive environment.Already on my path of planning my next career move and would like to work for an organisation that trains employers on how to better support their disabled and neurodivergent employees.
