Most recently, I was Head of Story for Storied Media Group which represents non-fiction articles, podcasts and graphic novels from prestige news organizations and publishers including NPR, USA Today Network, Hearst, Daily Mail and more. I wrote 150+ newsletters featuring our top IP. Prior, I worked in IP content & partnerships (sales) at Storied Media Group where I specialized in helping IP find the perfect home, collaboratively developing ideas with creators and creatively packaging projects. Clients included top film and TV studios (WBTV, New Line, Sony TV, Paramount Pictures, eOne), management companies, production companies and more. While at Avalon Television (Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, Catastrophe, Workaholics), I was responsible for oversight on the Iliza Shlesinger Sketch Show (Netflix) and was the executive finding intellectual property for the company and their clients. I pitched all major television buyers in the streaming, cable and broadcast space and received offers on projects from ABC and GSN.As a podcast talent booker and producer of “TBD with Tina Brown” (Wondery), I excelled at logistics and confirming top-tier guests like Hillary Clinton, Felicity Jones, Amber Tamblyn, Abby Wambach, Rosamund Pike, and more. The podcast was included in Cosmo UK’s top free podcasts in news and current category in 2020.While on the network side at IFC TV, I succeeded as a current series executive for Emmy® award-winning Portlandia, Emmy® nominated Documentary Now! and the popular Film Independent Spirit awards. I additionally oversaw all east coast development projects and the creation of multiple original web series and acquisition for IFC’s The Comedy Crib. I produced over 20+ live comedy showcases with talent such as Phoebe Robinson, Bowen Yang and Ziwe. My work in comedy was recognized by Just For Laughs when I was named a Power Broker and I was included in Cable Fax’s The Over-Under List: Overachievers Under 30.I also head up The Hollywood Radio & Television Society’s Social Media and was a judge for The Podcast Academy’s first ever audio awards, The Ambies. I have been am a member of The Television Academy for two years.

   Reel Works, a Brooklyn-based nonprofit, has been training and mentoring diverse young talent in film, TV, and digital media since 2001. Through our various programs, we served thousands of young people through free filmmaking workshops, internships, and job training programs, launching their careers in the media industry. We recently launched our newest MediaMKRS program, Train & Earn which provides rising professionals with media industry training and related work experience opportunities that are at no cost to the employer.
