Creating reports and derived data products for the Enterprise Reporting and Analytics team to gain insights into strategic performance and customer behaviour. Highlights: •Supported Mawer’s investment management software migration by working with the Finance, Compliance, and Institutional investment teams to define business logic for asset under management (AUM) data points, creating and executing test plans to enable our technical team to resolve over 70 data issues in less than a year and leading JAD sessions to improve dashboard load speeds by over 80% •Collaborated with the Marketing department to create an extensive Power BI dashboard to better understand customers that do not have a direct relationship with the firm (third-party clients). The dashboard met stakeholder requirements and enabled our Marketing Analyst to make informed decisions about our most profitable customer segment •Automated the reporting of newly released investment products through a Power BI dashboard, saving time for the Finance team and providing daily updates for the Management Committee •Updated my team’s Microsoft Power BI template, in collaboration with a UX and graphic designer, to deliver a consistent, improved user experience for company stakeholders. Received overwhelmingly positive feedback from stakeholders and manager •Analyzed the relationship between third-party fund flows, fund performance and marketing initiatives to better understand what drives investment inflows and outflows for third-party clients. Developed models using linear regression, ARIMA and recurrent neural networks, creating a valid model that could be used to predict future net flows
