Working within the Volvo Car UK Digital Team. As the Digital Project Manager, I concurrently managed a wide variety of projects from smaller technical upgrades and data integrations to full end to end delivery of new digital tools and applications. I provided structure, organisation and leadership to project delivery, alongside my other technical competencies to ensure the right solutions are selected and implemented. Provided an essential link between technical and business stakeholders, working together to drive positive change and got things done. I delivered a variety of Consumer and enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, automation and business process improvement. Some of the Key projects I delivered include:o Calabrio - DTC Workforce Management Tool – I delivered Calabrio as a Workforce Management tool required to improve shift/ roster planning for DTC teams. The Resource planning tool is for scheduling and measuring utilisation of teams operating shift working patterns, supporting the new VCUK direct to consumer journey.o TMB Marketing Planning Portal – Delivered a new Marketing platform for Volvo Car UK Retailer Marketing to be used in collaboration with Retailers and Agencies for marketing content. This solution will digitise and automate the marketing planning process leading to improved efficiency for VCUK Marketing Department and Retailers.o HaloITSM Ticket solution for HR, Facilities, and L&D Departments - I delivered a digital solution for handling the high volume of requests coming into these teams. Expanded the IT Helpdesk portal (HaloITSM) to include tickets/ requests for HR, Facilities, and L&D. Worked with VCUK IT Heldesk Team and the “Halo” the supplier, building on the solution used by IT Helpdesk.o Trade Parts Direct – Supported a new B2B Trade Part Platform pilot programme into UK market and evaluated pilot for future national rollout.
