   At Tendo, we deliver AI-driven quality documentation improvement (QDI) software and power a nationwide healthcare marketplace through our modern technology platform and applications. Own the product vision and execution for QDI, Insights, and platform solutions. Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate needs, and shape roadmap priorities. Lead development of AI-powered analytics that identify clinical documentation improvement (CDI) opportunities, directly improving CDI teams\' case close rates and reducing missing documentation. Spearheaded the development of a foundational object data platform, decreasing custom coding, improving product flexibility and accelerating time-to-market for Tendo applications. Directed the design and delivery of a role-based identity and access management (IAM) system, built from the ground up to meet HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance standards.
