ABOUT JUSTUS DUNCANSON
As a dedicated Human Resource professional with two years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. My academic journey at the University of Canterbury allowed me to specialize in Human Resource Information Systems, where I gained a deep understanding of various internal systems such as onboarding, remuneration, performance appraisals, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, immigration, and learning and development.Currently, I am serving as a Human Resource Advisor at BT Group, at UK’s leading telecommunication company. My role involves advising on internal policies and processes, leading change management initiatives, and providing daily support to managers in resolving payroll and HRIS issues. I also offer guidance to the wider business community.Since joining BT Group, I have been instrumental in various projects, including TUPE, onboarding, immigration strategies, and enhancing the overall colleague service experience.I am an ambitious individual with a passion for connecting with others and offering my expertise.
