In this position, I take passion in being able to make a meaningful impact in the work lives of the employees at the Campaign Finance Board. Through this impact, I also indirectly support the function of our agency in creating a healthier and more representative New York City government.My specific responsibilities in this position include 1. assisting with the sourcing of candidates for recruitment through attending job fairs, making job postings to external websites, and managing our ATS system; 2. ensuring an effective onboarding process by hosting a day-long event dedicated to educating new hires, coordinating new hire experience surveys and meetings, and analyzing new employee experience information; and 3. organizing our wellness program by connecting with other organizations and searching for accessible resources that satisfy our employees varied and complex wellness needs.
