There are three things that we\'re focusing on getting really good at: 1) Increasing the number of secure leaders in an organization, 2) Raising the capacity of these leaders, and 3) Accelerating the growth of the leadership culture of the organization. The way we do this, and the secret sauce in everything we do, is apprenticeship: intentional long term calibration of high support and high challenge in a small group environment, where a master craftsman multiplies their skills and expertise into the lives of those they are apprenticing. Rather than being an academic exercise, everything is applied learning. From day 1 leaders are using visual tools as a means of addressing the leadership challenges they are currently wrestling with.
