My career objective is to guide the effectiveness and impact of artistic organizations by embracing both the productive opportunities and unique challenges that exist within our culture. Through a careful balance of accessibility, engagement, and criticality, I intend to heighten our society\'s appreciation and valuation of artistic experiences. For over a decade, I have managed and directed Canadian societies and charities. During this time, I have acquired hands-on knowledge and executed valuable skills in many operational functions, including exhibition curating, public programming, fund development, facility maintenance, human resources, communications, and accounting. Through serving on many boards and committees, I have also gained governance expertise, particularly in the areas of organizational assessment, policy development, corporate finance, and strategic planning.
