Making connections between customers and the technology needed to improve their business is at the heart of what I do.As a former Amazon principal solutions architect, I’m well versed in building out plans for cloud workload transformation, managing healthcare compliance, and creating prototypes from start to finish. At Practical Acceleration I help organizations execute their strategic vision by developing and implementing the tactics for successful cloud transformation. Career OverviewMy early interest in building and cloud transformation began during my graduate studies, which inspired me to pursue my first role at Amazon as a technical accounts manager. In this role, I worked closely with customers to troubleshoot issues and team members to deliver solutions to meet customer needs. From there, I received multiple promotions, eventually becoming a principal solutions architect specializing in the healthcare non-profit sector where I built and led high-performing teams, developed operational strategy, and consistently delivered revenue growth.Thought LeadershipConnecting with others in the industry to share ideas, assess trends, and improve practices is essential to remaining current on rapidly evolving technology. As the MC for multiple public and exclusive events, I’ve had the chance to meet with, interview, and challenge industry leaders, as well as discuss my experiences in healthtech and how our behind the scenes work leads to better outcomes for end users.
