Strategic, mission-driven communications strategist with over a decade of experience advancing equity, economic mobility, and social change through narrative strategy, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs. I specialize in advocacy communications, coalition building, and cross-sector collaboration, working at the intersection of policy, storytelling, and community building.At Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont, I’ve led high-impact campaigns spotlighting economic justice, positioned the organization as a thought leader, and managed external communications efforts reaching millions. Whether it’s shaping a narrative to influence policy or fostering partnerships that create community change, I bring a holistic, people-centered approach to every initiative and project.Currently serving on national and local coalitions, I collaborate with my peers across the country to inform inclusive workforce policies and develop community-centered content strategies. I thrive in roles where strategy meets purpose, especially in organizations that value storytelling as a tool for systems change.I\'m a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Communications and Public Relations.
