Justin is the co-founder and COO/CFO of LoanWell.com, an automated loan origination platform for community banks, credit unions, CDFIs and loan funds with end-to-end functionality for intake, underwriting, closing, servicing, and reporting. Justin was previously the CFO/COO of Thriving Cities Group a venture group that developed and implemented the next generation data platform for cities to increase social impact investments. Prior In 2012 Justin served as Regional Director of private sector microfinance banks in Republic of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Peru and Dominican Republic. These banks provided tens of thousands of loans to over customers annually. Justin managed 100+ staff and three multi-national NGO partnerships across 5 countries. He consulted with credit unions in Zimbabwe, Ukraine, India and United States in the areas of operations management, program design, sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Prior to his international work, Justin served as CFO for a commercial contracting business based in Virginia, which he helped expand to encompass 3 states and the District of Columbia.

LoanWell\'s mission to help increase access to capital for those typically left out of the financial system and improve access to affordable capital for the small businesses that power our local and national economies.
