As a member of the Board of Directors, I am working to establish the Keene Downtown Group (2.0, since we are revitalizing and reinventing the organization as a 501c3 nonprofit). KDG 2.0 is an entity dedicated to advocating for and sustaining the viability of Keene\'s amazing downtown economy. Our work as Directors involves building the entity as a 501c3, developing an advancement platform, designing mission/vision/values, creating organizational and strategic architecture, and cultivating an Executive Director position to take our work forward.
