My life\'s ambition is to always be the best at what I do. I always perform at the highest levels and am always looking to improve myself. I have experienced great joy from seeing a need for improvement and then taking action and seeing the positive outcome with the results. I see things in many different ways from the norm. I never accept that things are just the way they are just because. In my mind there is always a way to improve and be more effective and efficient. I honestly think that if you are multitasking that you are not working to your full potential and that prioritizing is key to a successful career.I\'m extremely hard working and enjoy being part of a team but am perfectly comfortable and able to work as an individual also. When I am working for, or with a team, I often find myself leading from the front as I have a personality who seems to bond well with others and helps to create a positive atmosphere for those around me.\"You don\'t get what you wish for, you get what you work for\"
