We study what makes great managers and employees different from average and teach the \"tipping-point skills\" we identify: the smallest changes that make the biggest impact in the shortest time.We teach all over the world, in-person and virtually. Our workshops are science-based and packed with practical tools and exercises. Instructional Design: Collaborate on the creation of new workshop topics and continuously evolve existing ones—refreshing content, integrating emerging research, and ensuring LifeLabs stays at the forefront of L&D innovation. Internal Coaching: Serve as a trusted internal coach for colleagues across the org—creating safe, reflective spaces to support goal-setting, career growth, and personal development. Coaching Strategy: Help design a new coaching product pilot, integrating ICF-aligned standards and best practices. Facilitator Development: Create and lead an internal events certification program to elevate delivery quality and align our facilitation team.
